4 fresh pineapple rings, 3/4 inch thick
1 Tbsp. naturally colored rainbow sprinkles

  1. Place freeze-dried strawberries in a sealed plastic storage bag. Crush with a rolling pin.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together coconut whip and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Frost tops of pineapple rings with coconut whip mixture. Decorate with rainbow sprinkles.
