1 (750 ml) bottle white wine
2 cups pineapple juice
½ cup white rum
20 oz. cut-up mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, papaya, etc)

Directions
  1. In a large pitcher mix wine, pineapple juice, rum and mixed fresh fruit. 
  2. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours to develop flavors, stirring occasionally. 
  3. Moisten rims of glasses with lime wedges, then dip in finely crushed freeze-dried strawberries. 
  4. Pour sangria into glasses. Garnish with lime wedges or pineapple leaves.
